This could be the first of the BIG films project in Indonesia.

It’s definitely a complete different game from what we normally shot weddings in Australia. Based on this first experience, we felt Indonesian wedding was much slower pace than what’s in Australia. There were more people involved in every event, it makes harder to shoot the story to flow naturally. It’s definitely quite a challenge to create something heartfelt and yet fun at the same time.

But when we edited them, we still believe the BIG films can definitely bring a new fresh air in Indonesia wedding cinematography. Please check it out! We hope it still does the justice.

Yes, we are available in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia for wedding commission. I have been busy training them and they are ready to rock Indonesia.

In this project, I personally big thank you to my friend from WIMO, Dimar who helped shooting on the day. Thanks bro. I owe you one!

This is a same day edit presentation of a weekdays wedding of Dino and Vandra that took place in beautiful Ballarat Park overlooking Pyrmont Bay.

Vandra’s sister, Thiary, is actually a good friend of mine and was good to have a catch up with her during this wedding. However Dino and Vandra found us through Google.

Besides the beautiful locations, the decorations, and the people, I quite like how they organised the day such as having locations very close to each other and yes it is walking distance only. This definitely eliminated the stress of logistic on the day.

I think by now this couple is not a stranger anymore after they have been featured in our prewedding portraiture by Joan and by Wiki Lee.

The highlight of the wedding was definitely Danny’s body. One thing we heard a lot during the reception was “take the shirt off, Danny”. It was a fun day, no doubt.

Here is also some prewedding video that shot at the same time of her prewedding photo done. We were happy with the result considering Hoa and Kelly had a tough night the day before attending a full-on buck’s night and hen’s night.
