Hello guys,

This is what I shot in my first wedding in 2012.

For the Sydneysiders, I am sure you all know that we are having the wettest summer (a.k.a the nastiest summer ) since 1998. That day we have to face that uncertainty with the weather. Yes, we started our day with cloudy weather, then the rain came on and off until night. Thanks to our couple for being cooperative (and remain calm!) during the location shoot, we finally nailed it and delivered outstanding results!

Burhan and Asih were bumped into each other at church and been dating for the past 1.5 years. According to the best man speech, Burhan is type of sweet and hardworking guy that you can always depend on, and you can always count on him to be there for. He is the type of guy who never say bad about other people. I could not agree more. Asih is very loving girl who really understanding and care for Burhan. After knowing Asih for a little longer, you will start to see the fun side of her.

That’s it from me for now, preparing myself for sunny and bright Easter break! Congratulation once again guys. May your days ahead be filled with magic.

Fun, gorgeous, crazily in love, definitely one of my fave couples from 2011. They are a true soul mate.

Today is their 1st wedding anniversary!! 12.03.2012

I still remember their wedding day clearly in my mind, it was fun to the max from early in the beginning till the end!! Andrew & Alicia were just the kind of people who are very friendly, appreciative, and have a relax approach towards life. When you’ve met their families, you can sort of see why I felt very welcomed in their families, and they had the loudest, and probably the tallest bridal party (you should see Andrew and his siblings), I felt so tiny amongst them..:D

I have been truly been blessed with great couples, I feel very lucky that I have the best job in the world!!

Once again, happy anniversary Andrew & Alicia, may you live happily ever after, of that I have no doubt!! I’m glad that I got to be your wedding photographer, it’s truly an honour…enjoy your anniversary trip to Europe!

I have been wanting to blog this couple for quite some time now, but I intentionally wait for Valentine’s day . Read through, and you’ll know why this post deserves to be Valentine’s special edition. I have to say, this couple’s wedding is my highlight wedding of 2011 – simply because they are super uber cool couple, with a romantic proposal story that is to-die-for. When I first met them, one thing was clear, they will not settle for second best for their wedding day documentary. And when I heard about how Matt proposed to Jen, I think it is appropriate to use the words THE BEST to describe this couple!! If you’ve been following our blogs/posts on Facebook, yes, this is the couple with a radio proposal via 106.5 Mix FM.

We recreated their proposal story into a Save The Date movie (check it out here). Long story cut short, it took Matt 5 months to prepare for the epic proposal. He tricked Jenny into believing that he got awarded employee of the month, and a massage voucher as a reward that he passed on to Jen (knowing that Jen loves massages). While having her massage, a pre-recorded call from Matt to Richard Mercer, the Love God, airing Matt’s voice asking Jen to marry her. Matt sneaked into the room, and got down on one knee. Matt planned for every single details, to make sure the day was as perfect as it could be for Jen.

Matt & Jen definitely put a lot of effort into their wedding, they will do absolutely anything to make their wedding super amazing!! We love their vibrant personalities, their enthusiasm, and their never-ending energy. Whatever we tell them to do, they have no hesitation to make it happens – that just goes to show how committed they are into creating great memories. We got to meet their families, they are loud and funky, a bunch of awesome people, we just lovee every single one of them!! As if planning for a wedding is not stressful enough, Matt & Jen were truly tested when their venue cancelled their booking three weeks before the big day!! But they marched on, and in the end, it was quite a magical day with the most perfect weather, full on entertainment in the reception with Opera House as a backdrop, and the night was completed by one of the best Same Day Edit presentation we ever produced!

This was also the first wedding where I was chosen as the main photographer and my husband Wiki Lee as the cinematographer from the BIG Films – we made a great team, as always.

Matt & Jen, we couldn’t thank you enough for letting us be part of your special day, for having full trust on us, and for being the most awesome couple ever!! We are truly honoured!!

Hoa & Kelly’s wedding happened on a most glorious day back in November. One of a kind couple where they booked me even without seeing me before hand! I was even more impressed when Kelly was recommending us to her friends getting married and putting a good words, all the time without a single meeting with us.

Hoa + Kelly enjoyed dining out together (they are particularly into Thai food), having ice cream at their fave ice cream store in Newtown during summer nights. They confessed that they are quite a boring couple, always visit the same place over and over again (but aren’t we all?), but I can see that they enjoy each other’s company, and that’s what’s important . Hoa flew Kelly down to Melbourne for a romantic holiday and proposed to her there.

They are bound to be best friends for life, and witnessing their emotional garden ceremony was the truest evidence of their feeling for each other, and I’m so glad to be part of their journey!

Hoa & Kelly, it’s been very nice to have known you both. Thank you for being a great couple to us, we wish you a lifetime of happiness!

Hello world and welcome to my first blog in 2012! I know it is a little bit too late, but let me quickly say Happy New Year to all of you, I wish you all a very fabulous and joyful year ahead.

This time, I’d like to share with you my favorite shots during 2011. Some of them are taken from 2010 that still in my favorite list. It is quite a pain for me to pick these pictures among thousands of photo I have shot. Not because I have shot ‘crap; photos, but it is because I have lots of awesome photos.. *lol* J. Truly, it is such a proud moment to look back the whole year to reflect of what I have achieved.
